Introduction
As part of NCMS process in delivering qualified products, all products are exposed to several environmental condition tests. That will insure qualified and therefore fully functional, as designed, products during the expected lifetime. So, the main role of the environmental testing is verifying and ensuring that manufactured components, modules, products, prototypes and systems meet the performance requirements of their intended target applications.
Facility
Environmental Testing Lab (ETL) is the first and the only one in the region. The lab extends over an area of 1,200 m2 and it is equipped with more than fifteen chambers and many instruments to perform environmental simulation and Electromagnetic Compatibility, Electromagnetic compatibility (EMC), tests. Chambers and instruments are manufactured by reputable companies from Italy, Germany, Switzerland and United State. Also, they are equipped with high-end instruments, sensors and accessories. To boost ETL functionalities, the facility is equipped with office area of 300 m2 and it is accommodated with engineer’s offices, meeting room, library, customer lounge and other utility spaces. ETL employs engineers and technicians who are well trained in these fields to serve the customers’ needs and requirement. Moreover, ETL has partnerships with some worldwide labs to expand the abilities and keep the facilities up to date.
ETL provides a comprehensive range of environmental simulation, climatic or dynamic, and also EMC tests which enable designers and technicians to qualify and evaluate the behavior and performance of products. The services include testing, evaluation, qualification plan, and consultation for public and private sectors. By using our services, we can help our clients to increase the reliability of their products to avoid the potential delay of redesign work and associated costs. Allthese tests are done by advanced chambers and instruments that fulfill the international commercial and industrial standards.
