Product Development
For those engaged in product development, NCMS offers a wide range of services to assist researchers and designers to finalize their prototypes. Our Experts in numerical analysis using the latest software and technologies available can evaluate performance before anything is manufactured. Clients without access to manufacturing equipment can take advantage of our rapid prototyping facility to quickly produce different iterations of their design. In addition, existing prototypes can be evaluated in our laboratories.
Qualification
NCMS can also assist clients who have arrived at a working prototype, and need to conduct a design review to convert it into a working product. This may involve analysis of current operation, optimization of performance, design for manufacturability, creation of test and validation methods, and a life cycle plan. Additionally NCMS may conduct a feasibility study to determine if the client's production goals are economically viable.
Manufacturing
In addition to qualification, NCMS will also implement production systems as turnkey projects. NCMS manufacturing experts can create the process plan and layout design. Our project management teams can follow it up with facility construction, equipment selection, staffing and organizational structure. Under such projects, clients are delivered a functioning production system that can be delivered as a standalone subsidiary or integrated into their organization.
Technical Support
